If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as ordered’ or the quality isn’t ‘up to standard’ – please email us at support@ezzeshopping.co.za and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Our aim is to have happy customers.
There are no Minimum order qauntities, however, if you need to order large quantities please contact us on (+27) 83 512 0960 or email support@ezzeshopping.co.za as we are able to offer better pricing on higher quantities.
We are an online sales-only company and do not have a physical pick-up point as at this date for collections. We offer free delivery on items above R500 locally.
Yes, we can assist with international shipping, however, please contact our account manager to discuss pricing and options.
The number of days for delivery depends on stock availability, printing requirements and on the shipping method you choose. Generally, our orders ship within 7 working days locally and within 10 working days nationally.
We accept EFT payments through our OZOW payment gateway and online cards (VISA and Mastercard) via Flutterwave. All online transactions are secure and we do not store your card information.

Yes. We provide delivery as a service which we outsource to various courier companies around South Africa and internationally.
If your order is over R750.00 and you live in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Or Durban, then you qualify for free delivery. Delivery usually takes between 7 – 10 days. Express delivery is available at an additional charge.
Our dispatch team will email you your tracking number, please click the link in the email and enter your tracking number to find out where your order is. If you have not yet received your tracking email then please click here to email our dispatch team and they will send your link as quickly as possible.
